I would cure all diseases. I’d get rid of all the churches. People could keep their money and spend Sunday mornings doing something enjoyable rather than sitting in church and judging those who aren’t sitting there with them.
If you sold off all of the wealth of the Vatican, you could feed the world–but, of course, if I were god, I could see to it that nobody in the world would go hungry.
I would immediately strike dead any human being who is harmful to other human beings–I’m thinking of dictators and terrorists here, rather than on a single-person basis. There’d be no more crime; I’d stop all of it.
Now, you gotta wonder why the all-powerful god so many people believe in doesn’t do any of this.

I would create a perfect world where everyone was happy and peace was everywhere! All people would be equal regardless of skin color or nationality. There wouldn’t be such a thing as children and elderly people starving to death. People wouldn’t be losing their homes. We would all take care of each other and live peacefully!

This would be an ideal society in my way of thinking. I wish things could be this way for everyone!

And I’d build me a planet and put critters on it.
And I’d screw with their minds by handing them a book with cryptic messages in it and tell them that they MUST obey or I’ll squish’em like the miserable bugs they are!
When I got bored with that, I’d treat their world like a set of model trains, and put cherry bombs on the tracks and blow stuff up. I’d squirt lighter fluid on the crowds and light a match just for laughs.
