2Ti 2:15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Mt 4:4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

The Bible contains his instructions for us and if we love him, we should study it diligently and obey each and every instruction. We are warned that we are in a spiritual warfare and there are a lot of false teachers and false doctrines in this world. If you are familiar with the whole armor of God that we are to put on, the only offensive weapon that we are given is his word. You cannot follow a preacher, you must study the Word and follow it. Proverbs chapters 1 through nine gives wonderful instruction on this. There are a lot of doctrines that are not taught or are not taught properly that you will find if you prayerfully and repeatedly study the Scripture. Do it for yourselve and out of love for the brethren that you might be able to speak truth to them.

Who God caused to lose his sanity for a time to prove God rules over All. But I think we have misinterpreted it’s true meaning. What it means is that noone is in Power except who God "lets" be in Power.
If a people are good, God might let them have the Power. But power corrupts in our World. So if those people abuse thier Power. God might let a warlike people have the Power, to put an end to the abuse of the ones who corrupted what God gave them.
Such is the Nature of Our World, not God. And God might allow Power to go to an abusive people to bring another people closer, to fight the enemy. But if they fail to do that, that is thier failure, not Gods.
When will we lose our self-righteous blinders and use clear-thinking and wisdom?

When we stop refferencing an obsolite religious text for moral and social guidence.

Aside from territorial and political disputes, the biggest cause of armed conflict in the world is religious.

God doesn’t ‘put people in power’. It’s dangerous to belive that (look what happened to Charles I). If you must belive in a deity at least look into other sources for your information. Posting these kind of quesions in the religion and spirituality section would be a good idea too.

William B: What about more perlite instead of sand to decrease the weight? (Sand added to soil makes it very heavy and also tends to make the Miracle Gro type soild clump together and loose airation.)

I go outside and mix about 1:1 store bught potting soil with native soil (I live in Phoenix valley). Whenever I try to use all native soil, the guys die, it compacts too well. I mix rocks all into about the bottom half of the pot. Our native soil is pretty much a fine red silt.

Maybe it exists. Maybe it doesn’t. Knowing for sure is impossible.

We comprehend very little of nature and the universe. We may think we understand HOW things work, and that everything can be explained by science, but we have no idea WHY this is so and how it all came to be. And we’ve been wrong even about the HOW before. What we have right now is one possible explanation, and at the moment it may fit, but it’s not necessarily the right one. And there are scientific theories about parallel universes and dark matter and the continuity of time and unseen dimensions.

Honestly, I think the real nature of the universe, which may or may not include the presence of a higher conscience, is probably something we’re not capable of even imagining, like what the 11th dimension would look like.

There are various ingredients in such foods, heres a list of what they are and what they do!

Macro Nutrients (needed in large quantities)

Nitrogen – This is used in the chlorophyll pigment (makes plants green), causes leaves to be a rich green color, causes most plants to grow more vegetatively.

Phosphorus – Phosphorus is needed for the conversion of light energy to chemical energy (ATP) during photosynthesis. Phosphorus can also be used to modify the activity of various enzymes by phosphorylation, and can be used for cell signalling. Since ATP can be used for the biosynthesis of many plant biomolecules, phosphorus is important for plant growth and flower/seed formation.

Potassium – Potassium regulates the opening and closing of the stoma by a potassium ion pump. Since stomata are important in water regulation, potassium reduces water loss from the leaves and increases drought tolerance. Potassium deficiency may cause necrosis or interveinal chlorosis.

Magnesium – Magnesium is an important part of chlorophyll, a critical plant pigment important in photosynthesis. It is important in the production of ATP through its role as an enzyme cofactor. There are many other biological roles for magnesium. Magnesium deficiency can result in interveinal chlorosis.

Sulfur – Sulphur is a structural component of some amino acids and vitamins, and is essential in the manufacturing of chloroplasts
Calcium.

Calcium – Calcium regulates transport of other nutrients into the plant and is also involved in the activation of certain plant enzymes. Calcium deficiency results in stunting.

Micro Nutrients (needed in small quantities)

Manganese – Manganese is necessary for building the chloroplasts. Manganese deficiency may result in coloration abnormalities, such as discolored spots on the foliage.

Boron – Boron is important in sugar transport, cell division, and synthesizing certain enzymes. Boron deficiency causes necrosis in young leaves and stunting.

Copper – Copper is important for photosynthesis. Symptoms for copper deficiency include chlorosis. Involved in may enzyme processes. Necessary for proper photosythesis. Involved in the manufacture of lignin (cell walls). Involved in grain prodution.

Iron – Iron is necessary for photosynthesis and is present as an enzyme cofactor in plants. Iron deficiency can result in interveinal chlorosis and necrosis.

Cobalt – Cobalt has proven to be beneficial to at least some plants, but is essential in others, such as legumes where it is required for nitrogen fixation.

Molybdenum – Molybdenum is a cofactor to enzymes important in building amino acids.

Zinc – Zinc is required in a large number of enzymes and plays an essential role in DNA transcription. A typical symptom of zinc deficiency is the stunted growth of leaves, commonly known as "little leaf" and is caused by the oxidative degradation of the growth hormone auxin
