The Law of Christ is simple, Love God and Love your Neighbor as yourself. It is freedom from having to perform rituals and "doing things" to try and please God. He is already pleased with those who follow. The relationship is akin to the concept behind the movie "Pay it Forward". We owe Jesus nothing for salvation, yet we are happy and want to share, so we are to show our gratitude to those around us. Thanks for asking.

When Jesus said that no man had seen the Father you might ask who was revealed to Moses on Mt Sinai. It had to be Jesus. So it was Jesus who wrote down the law for Moses. Jesus said the law could be summed up in the phrase, Love God with all your heart (the first four commandments) and your neighbor as yourself (the last six commandments). All the Law and the Prophets are summed up in this.
