Response to a young lady who desires to follow Jesus and to know His ways. Her desire is to please the Lord and not man.

If we are true followers of Jesus Christ, then our desire is to be like Jesus. In order to be like Jesus, we must study the Word (Bible) and have a personal relationship with him. The Holy Spirit will teach all that we need to know.

    So true. Our faith must be placed in the foundation of all things: The Savior, Jesus Christ.

    You cannot be caught up with ‘traditions’ if you loose the spirit of the law–much like the Pharisees!

    This Sister u mentioned is beginning to “get it”. So many ppl r steeped in tradition, and don’t realize it. Just to do something ’cause that’s how it’s done.
